Essences are a vibrational remedy made by capturing the energetic imprint of a flower, tree, or gem in water. They support us in addressing energetic patterns, whether longstanding or acute.

Flower essences were made more widely known by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930’s - though folklore will show that folks have been forming deep relationships to plants in this way further back than we can imagine.

Essences are not the same as a medicinal tincture - they do not contain the constituents of a plant.

Quantum physics tells us that everything in the universe is in constant motion - matter is not solid, but vibrational, oscillating at particular frequencies at all times. Max Planck's quantum theory established that energy exists in discrete units, and Einstein built on this to show that matter and energy are two expressions of the same underlying reality. Later, biophysicist Fritz-Albert Popp demonstrated that living cells emit measurable light - called biophotons - suggesting that life communicates through energy and frequency.

Essences work within this same understanding. Each plant carries a distinct vibrational signature that is captured in water and, when taken in, offered to the body's own energetic field.

there are many reasons why we may turn to essences for support. here are a few:

• to mark a moment in time, like a birthday or a season

• feeling lost and alone / longing for community

• feeling stuck or creatively blocked

• support during big life transitions

• grief support

• needing to shake things up/create change

• to call in a particular energy or form a relationship with a particular plant

• to bolster an art practice, spiritual practice

Sessions are 45-minutes long and conducted virtually at this time.

Each consultation is a collaborative and individualized process, shaped by your personal needs and intentions. I ask that you come to the session with an intention of what you’re seeking support around. During the consultation, I will listen closely as you share what brings you to this work. Through conversation, intuitive insight, pattern recognition, and traditional divination methods, a custom 1oz essence formula will be prepared and mailed to you. (*US only at this time)

A follow-up session is encouraged at the end of the month to discuss how and if things have changed, whether or not you want to continue with the same essence, or if you’d like to shift your formula.

Essence consultations are $90 a session. This includes your custom formula and shipping.

Follow up sessions are $65 for 30 minutes. To secure your spot, booking must occur within 2 months of your original session, though the appointment itself may be scheduled beyond that window.

After our session, I create a 1oz custom essence formula that is mailed to you. You’ll also receive an email with suggestions on how to take the essence, descriptions of the plants in the formula, and, depending on what wants to come through, sometimes ritual suggestions or a channeled poem/mantra/spell.
