An essence circle is a chance to attune to and form a relationship with one flower or tree essence over the course of a month — deepening our bond with it, opening our senses, and connecting in community. This is a slow, contemplative space where we journey together with intention and receptivity.

• Join the opening and closing ceremonies.

• Commit to taking our chosen essence 2–4x a day for one month.

• Share your observations with the group.

Upon signing up, you'll receive a complimentary 1oz bottle of our featured essence by mail.

We'll meet for an opening and closing ceremony at the beginning and end of the month to dose together and share our experiences.

In between, a dedicated virtual space will be open for ongoing sharing, and I'll be available throughout for guidance, questions, and reflection.

Essences are made with a base of brandy and spring water — accommodations can be made for an n/a base if notified.

Circle is limited to 10 participants to preserve intimacy and space for sharing.
